Further to this we are delighted to announce that Marc has been retained as a full time member of staff. Marc will be a great addition to our team.

Marc Watson.
Marc has joined our team for 1 month to learn what it’s like to work in the Industry. Marc is currently completing a HND in Electrical Engineering at Aberdeen College. Marc is currently shadowing the Engineers and gaining vital experience in general engineering. Marc has already shown great skills in understanding and completing a task. Marc has a keen eye for detail and will be a valued member of team.
Awilco Drilling
A complete refurbishment of the current refuelling package was completed in February 2011.
Northern Producer
Gordon Engineering received the go ahead to manufacture a new dispensing package with upgraded 5th edition filtration units in Early 2011.
Transocean Sedco 714
Gordon Engineering were tasked to design, manufacture and install a F60, split level refuelling package in Early 2011.
Transocean Magellan
A complete refurbishment of the current package was put into place in early 2011. The package was removed whilst the installation was in dock and returned to Gordon Engineering Services. The package was completed refurbished, upgraded and reinstalled.
Ensco
Gordon engineering were requested to design, manufacture and install 2 helicopter refuelling packages for Ensco.
- Ensco 92 - A new pump, filter and dispensing cabinet were designed and manufactured to the client’s specifications. Installation to be completed in Hartlepool, April 2011.
- Ensco 70 - A previous, custom made Skid system installed on the Ensco 72 was received with great popularity in 2010.
The Ensco 70, being of a similar design opted to order the same Skid style system with an additional housing. This greatly reduces the amount of space that was taken up by the previous refuelling package and will significantly increase the efficiency of refuelling the aircraft in the future.
Stena Don and Forth
Ben and Dave complete inspections and training onboard the Stena Don and Forth in Greenland. (in this picture) a 13 million ton ice burg being closley watched by the standby vessel.

Ensco 70 Upgrade
Colin and Phil successfully complete Filter upgrade onboard the ensco 70 in Hartlepool in September 2010
CNR/PSN Installation
Gordon engineering have begun production of a complete helifuel package in September 2010 for CNR/PSN
Transocean Artic 3
Colin and Liam complete pump cabinet upgrade to Transocean Artic 3. Phil Gordon Conducted full onsite helicopter refuelling training for all crew.

New Service Opens 5th of July
Gordon Engineering Launches it new training school on the 5th july 2010. The school will be taylor made for all aspects of helicopter refuelling with a classroom and purpose built helicopter refuelling system. Contact us for more information.
